Fresno Yosemite Health Care has moved to it's new corporate office at 3100 Willow Ave, Suite 110, Clovis CA 93612.  Now in our 13th year, Fresno Yosemite Health Care has grown to over 130 employees.  In addition to our Home Health services, our SLS program serves our special needs community.
